Job Purpose:
Serves as a primary consultant on Training and Development related activities e.g. Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development (L&D) programs to ensure Shangma Site attracts, develops and retains the best people by aligning to the strategic business goals in RB and Shangma Site.
Knowledge and Skills required:
* A university degree holder in H.R./ Business Administration. Minimum 4 – 6 years H.R. experience in Training and Development, preferably in a Manufacturing Facility.
* Strong communication skills in Chinese and English (oral and written).
*Excellent interpersonal skills and networking.
*Effective leadership skills to manage several projects at one time and ensure the team meet deadlines including global projects/ initiatives.
*Superior project planning skills will be necessary as conflicting priorities and time pressures will be issues the incumbent needs to deal with on an ongoing basis.
*Strong computer knowledge in word processing/database system
*Possess grounding in RB Core Values and Leadership Charter.
Principle Job Accountabilities:
-Responsible to manage and execute Talent Management to all levels at the Shangma Site, focusing on Performance and Development Review Process (PDR) , Career Development, Succession Management and Organization assessment/ people planning. Serve as a primary contact/partner in Organization Reviews, Succession Planning development for Supervisor and above level employees.
-Design, develop, implement, deliver and evaluate learning and development (L&D) programs based on needs within budget that support and aligned to Shangma Site’s business plan and goals.
- Effectively organize various Talent Assessment, Calibration and Development activities at the Shangma Site to build a healthy talent pipeline and produce sufficient talents for Shangma Site and China Health Supply organization.
- Work closely with Regional L&D colleagues and establish a Learning Resource at the Shangma Site for accessibility of all available L&D programs for various topics ranging from general management, leadership and functional areas (from both global internal and external resources) administered through annual Training and Development curriculum.
- Build and strengthen the organizational talent capability by ensuring top leadership and functional leaders continue to effectively use the various functional competency models, RB Core Values, Leadership Charter and Leadership Competencies at the Shangma Site.
- Identify, analyse and design specific plans to meet the needs for all Band D & above and Band N HIPO/FUPO employees in terms of leadership/ general management aspect through effective use of both internal and external resource/ consultants.
-Develop systematic and comprehensive training curriculum to Shangma employees by function, level and length of service linked tightly with Shangma Skill Matrix.
-Manage and coordinate annual training and development budget.
-Manage internal trainer team to deliver quality training courses as plan, develop and reward trainers properly.
