Responsibilities
Provide support to operation team on financial analyses to facilitate the decision making, implement accounting policy with the objective of helping company achieve target within the generally accepted accounting principles and accounting standards.
1. Consolidate and analyze the departmental forecasting information and develop company rolling forecast report;
2. Coordinate the company planning & budgeting process and develop the plant budget work file;
3. Review and analyze the variance between financial and department submitted results of the cost reduction projects, and drive the corrective and improving actions.
4. Develop the monthly financial reports (incl. production efficiency, hourly rate) to top management;
5. Develop and drive the implementation of the Manufacturing Variance report;
6. Complete the temporary work arranged

Qualifications
Bachelor in Accounting & Finance
Above 3 years relaive working experience
Good command of Engilish skill.
