Responsible for managing activities and SHO/Retail procurement team (procurement and supply chain specialist) to support goods procurement process from nominated suppliers. Also supporting coordination with HQ import department and employees in SHO( Retail and Group): Logistic manager, retail merchandiser and account making sure that goods for Ostin retail in China ordered and shipped on-time and in- full.

Duties:
- Responsible for coordinating Order Placement Timing with other departments according to Bulk Specifications/POs issued by HQ in Moscow and received from HQ import managers according to company business calendar.
- Involved in writing up contracts and the terms of sales/ purchasing.
- Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.
- Monitoring delivery time to ensure they are on time.
- Controlling the purchase budget.
- Resolving distribute & claims with supplies.
- Continuously improving performance on order placement& delivery.
- Smoothing process & solving problems on control payment and shipment issues.
- Technical procurement and supply chain specialist (Technical means 80%paper work)

Requirements:
- 7+ years of procurement experience in indirect sourcing, at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication, project management and execution skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise
- Service and quality delivery mindset, and intensive experience within cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, native-speaker level in written and verbal Mandarin
- Retail/FMCG background, understand domestic trading process is a big plus
- Willing to learn
- Flexible, but respect to Principle
