职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Proactively build and develop relationships with category and vertical market managers to clearly understand their respective needs in order to deliver solution-oriented integrated marketing plans
? Collaborate with marketing leadership, marketing team, external partners and product management to execute against a documented marketing strategy
? Be directly involved in the production of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, brochures, flyers, advertisements, case studies, data sheets, installation instructions, design guides, tradeshow and display materials like banners, signage, invitations, point-of-purchase displays and digital sales tools such as emails, microsites and interactive animations.
? Occasionally work with marketing team and product management teams to execute email marketing, build and maintain prospect databases targeting distributors and end users across numerous verticals
? Create thought leadership content (webinars, webisodes, mobile applications, interactive experiences, videos, ppt decks, etc) with the support of external partners
? Coordinate and direct social media activities (facebook, twitter, you tube, linkedin, etc)
? Establish SEO activities, consistently reviewing and optimizing search visibility, pay per click, link building, link purchasing and other tactics as appropriate
? Coordinate and administer on-line training materials for sales reps, distributors, and end users
? Support international partners as needed with art files, translation assistance and training
? Maintain project calendars, timelines, budgets, and other resources in support of objectives set forth in the strategy brief
? Manage and track project expenses and correlating to the Marketing Communications budget
? Support marketing leaders with additional duties as required
? May be required to perform additional duties as assigned
JOB CRITERIA:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism required. Master Business Communications strongly preferred.
? 7-10 years experience in managing fully integrated on-line, off-line, interactive and social campaigns within a matrix B2B organization or agency
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
? Skilled at effectively dealing with strategic issues, along with the skilled at detailed tactical activity involved in driving high performance
? Strong Project Management skills to:
o Develop realistic plans, action steps, and timetables for projects and assignments
o Coordinate work with other groups (other depts. and agencies/contractors, peers)
o Handle multiple demands and competing priorities
o Track and prioritize projects, documenting projects via an established traffic report
o Keep others up to date with information
? Graphic Design – Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator.
? Skill to develop and deliver effective presentations within the organization
? Skills in problem identification and solving, process development, planning and change management
? Proficient skills in word processing and spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft products; Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop experience helpful
? Efficient and desire to succeed personality excited about producing great quality, compelling work
? Ability to stay current on new technologies and emerging trends in the digital space
? Ability to utilize use strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner
? Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and establish credibility with internal customers and agency partners
? Ability to effectively plan, direct and coordinate activates across cross functional teams and departments
? Ability to work energetically and tenaciously with minimal supervision
? Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstance and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
