Job Summary:

Responsible for Account Management in the designated area


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.Achieve sales objective and expense budget set by Area Manager in the assigned area

2.Manage sales team and in coordination with Service and Application support team in order to support sales effort

3.Work closely with marketing team so as to exploit full marketing intelligence

4.Reinforces implementation of Key Account Management system in the assigned area

5.Assist in the appointment of suitable distributors

6.Set sales target for appointed distributors

7.Monitor performance of Distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved

8.Cooperate and works closely with distributors

9.Assist in yearly budgeting exercise

10.Assist in working out forecasting for products required by market

11.Ensure overall customer satisfaction and responsible for VIP account management.

12.Prepare monthly report

13.Establish after-sales service system and ensure service quality



Basic Requirements of the Job:

At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and / or Business Degree

Good command of English in both spoken and written

Good command of MS office software application

Product & Application Expertise

Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics or 5 years Sales experience in a similar industry
