职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the end user business development activities to enlarge company’s sales revenue through end user channels;
2. Implement sales strategies for the assigned accounts and ensure that all the objectives are well achieved;
3. Understand customers, products and markets, and assist in sales plans development;
4. Meet and exceed annual sales targets and approved levels of margin;
5. Maintain an active sales funnel of potential clients and prospects;
6. Work in partnership with Applications Engineering and other internal groups to serve the best interest of customers;
7. Act as first level customer liaison in all customer/company transactions and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above with the major in technical engineering, automation or electronics engineering related areas;
2. Over 6 years working experiences, focus on sales and new business development activities with sound track records;
3. Wind power industry experience is preferred, sales experience with end users is a plus;
4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; smooth communication and inter-personal skills;
5. Adaptability to frequent travel;
6. Energetic, hands-on, out-going, self-motivated, result oriented, independent, and "customer satisfaction oriented";
7. Good command of English.
