Job Title: Pricing Specialist (Ocean Freight, Transportation)

Job Description

Duties
1. Timely response on rates inquiry from overseas colleagues and shanghai team as well.
2. Offer rates to customers & target tenders, compare and monitor agencies rates.
3. Sourcing for rates from various carrier & contractors
4. Work with ops, sales, financial specialists/supervisor to construct and design pricing structure or rate strategy for direct sales customers, with concrete recommendation to cater customer needs
5. Work with the team closely, offer active support to other team players.
6. Pay attention to market trend frequently, regularly update newly changes in pricing procedures.
7. Organize and summarize all quotes received from suppliers or quoted to clients or inter-office, and report to the Managing Director weekly.
8. Analyze contribution of shipments for rates request, to maximize margin, and report to the Managing Director.
9. Input discount information into system, set up templates and charts for batch customer use
10. Fulfill other work assigned by the Managing Director.

Capabilities
1. At least 3 years’ experience in shipping industry, profound knowledge in forwarding market and all lines rates.
2. Good command and organizations of conventional shipments and project shipments is an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of common and customary trade terms (Incoterms) is an advantage.
4. Good relationships with Carrier, competitive agents is an advantage
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation and organizational skills
6. Flexibility and Problem Solving skills
7. Be passionate and interested to join a fast growing startup and making it happen in China
8. Be aggressive to approach clients with customer-oriented spirit
9. Be visionary to foresee possible risks and avoid/minimise by managing risk control

岗位职责：
1. 及时准确回复国内外同事的询价。
2. 及时准确回复客户和目标群体的询价，对比其他代理的价格。
3. 寻找能提供优惠价格的船公司和其他代理。
4. 与其他部门配合、协商定价，以确保满足客户需求。
5. 与其他部门紧密合作，提供积极的工作支持。
6. 紧密关注市场动态，定期更新报价变化。
7. 总结供应商的价格、对客户的报价，每周报告总经理。
8. 分析货物运价情况，最大化利润，报告总经理。
9. 将优惠信息输入系统，并针对不同客户，建立表格或模板。
10. 完成其他总经理布置的任务。

岗位要求：
1. 三年以上物流经验，熟悉货代市场和各航线市场行情。
2. 团队合作精神，具有良好的沟通能力及交际技巧。
3. 有货源者（船公司、优良代理等）优先。
4. 有责任心，灵活应变，注重细节。
5. 英语四级货以上
6. 熟悉掌握MS应用
