岗位职责 Job Duties
1. Responsible for Project Sales
1) Business development: identify and develop free-hand customers in project logistics, project cargo transportation, heavy-lift /Breakbulk in mineral (oil/gas/mining/cement/steel etc), energy plants, machinery Industries.
2) Good command of project cargo transportation and NVOCC industry. Able to negotiate with break-bulk carriers, heavy haulage and barge operators.
3) Initiating regular sales meeting or extensive travelling within designated region, set up sales target/plan.
4) Able to assist in road surveys / studies, transport supervision etc;

2. Management of Project & Key-Account
1) Account Management: Be the interface to customer during project implementation and execution as well as after-sales service of nominated and free-hand project shipments in long-term relationship development.
2) Project management: supervision and organization of projects coordination, engaging in logistics coordination with overseas colleagues
3) Monitoring SOP & KPI: tracking and monitoring documentation and achievement of objectives for projects shipments
4) Can constructively challenge internal departments in handling process & costs control for best solution to ensure profitable growth is achieved

3. Monthly Report to the Managing Director.
1) Sales leads: customer exploration and sales target plan, marketing strategy implementation, industrial project cargo collection and sourcing plan
2) Business information: customer list, project list, vendors list, other related lists.
3) KPI Monitoring: Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis & development
4) Analysis & Plan: analysis results, performance, accountability and continuous improvement for the project that've been carried out.


岗位要求 Capabilities
1) More than 7 years’ experience in international freight forwarding and NVOCC industry, which includes at least of 3 years specialized in Project industry.
* Bachelor degree. Maritime University would be preferred.
2) Depth knowledge in market rates of multipurpose / heavy lift / BB/ Barge/ conventional vessels is a must
3) Good relationships with Carrier, good resources in agents and project clients is a big advantage
4) Good knowledge of CIQ, customary terms and international commercial terms (Incoterms) is an advantage.
5) Be visionary to foresee possible risks and avoid/minimise by managing risk control
6) Be aggressive to approach clients with customer-oriented spirit, work under pressure, fond of challenges.
7) Project management skill and ability to write up logistics solution proposal.
8) Must be dynamic, resourceful, team-work spirit with pleasing personality and strong negotiation skills
9) CET 4 or above, fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
10) Good command of MS office software application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

岗位职责 Job Duties
1. 负责工程项目物流
1) 自揽货的开发:收集工程项目信息、跟踪开发大件货、散杂货(矿物、能源开发、精密仪器领域)的客户。
2) 对工程项目物流和无船承运领域非常了解。
能与散货船东、重吊、驳船船东协作操作等。
3) 策划销售会议、制定销售目标计划、走访工程项目的客户,能适应出差。
4) 能够协助路面侦测报告,监督控制项目物流整个过程。

2. 项目管理及大客户维护
1) 客户管理:跟踪维护来自海外或自己开发的项目客户,建立长期客户合作关系。
2) 工程项目管理:对指定或自揽的工程项目货物运输过程的监控、协调、组织。
3) SOP, KPI 管理:工程项目的后续操作、是否达标进行跟踪监管。
4) 发现操作、业务开发中的问题,能提供建设性的意见与方案,以确保利润最大化。

3. 每周一报
1) 客户研发,销售计划制订,工程项目市场侦测计划、渠道拓展策略及实施。
2) 客户清单,项目总结表,供应商表单,其他相关表单。
3) 制订业绩指标KPI的分析与发展研究报告。
4) 对工程项目的进展做分析与规划,包括结果、信用、表现、发展方面。


岗位要求 Capabilities
1) 7年以上国际货运和NVOCC行业经验,至少有3年工程项目经验。
本科及海事大学毕业为先。
2) 必须了解多式联运、大件货、散杂货、常规集装箱运输。
3) 有客户资源、与各大船东有良好关系者优先。
4) 了解国际贸易条款,海关、CIQ条款者优先。
5) 对突发性/危险事件有预见能力,采取事先措施预防发生或减低风险。
6) 有客户进取心,以客户为导向,有抗压能力,勇于挑战。
7) 项目管理技能,能提议运输方案。
8) 积极向上,性格友好,具有团队精神,资源丰富,有很强的沟通技能。
9) 英语四级货以上
10) 掌握MS办公软件应用
