Main Responsibility:

1.Manage the overall electrical & automation design work for Signode packaging equipment and line, making sure the customers’ needs are fully fulfilled.

2.Be responsible for the reliability analysis and design of new equipment(including design of the sketch drawings, quotation, test run plan and process control, sub-contractor selection…etc)

3.Provide technical support in both electrical & automation for the manufacturing line including manufacturing process, tooling and fixture design, manufacturing drawings.

4.Reduce product cost through optimization of design and manufacturability.

5.Responsible for the new packaging line automation process control design/selection, purchasing, installation and commissioning, responsible for the process control connection with customer’s production line.

6.Select and manage sub-contractors.

7.Work closely with service engineer to machine commissioning and maintenance on the customer side.

Qualifications:

1.B.S. degree in electromechanical or automation.

2.More than 8 years electromechanical & automation design experience.

3.Strong skilled with Siemens, AB, Omron, Mitsubish…etc PLC programming and design.

4.Be familiar with design software including Eplan, AutoCAD.etc., and very familiar with MS office software.

5.Skilled in packaging line design is a plus

6.Able to communicate in English on a working level.

主要职责

1.负责信诺工业打包设备的电器及自动化部分总体设计，确保满足客户需求。

2.负责新产品的可行性设计并转换成常规产品(包括草图设计,报价,试制计划及进度控制,合作伙伴的选择等等).

3.为设备制造生产线的电器及自动化部分提供技术支持,包括制造工艺改进,工装夹具的设计,为生产线及时提供制造图纸.

4.从设计和制造角度寻找降低成本的机会。

5.负责设计包装线自动化过程控制及电器设备的选型,采购,安装及调试.

6.负责合作供应商的选择及控制.

7.与公司服务工程师密切合作，确保设备在客户端的调试和维护。

职位要求

1.机电一体化或自动化相关专业本科.

2.8年以上机电一体化或自动化设计经验

3.非常熟练掌握对西门子,AB, 欧姆龙,三菱等PLC的程序及设计.

4.熟练掌握Eplan或AutoCAD等设计软件及Office操作软件的应用.

5.有包装线设计制造经验者优先.

6.能够用英语进行工作上的交流。
