Job Description：
1.Take charge of the overall production and business development of PET unit ,including annual budgeting.
全面负责青岛即墨工厂PET的生产及业务管理,包括年度财务计划.
2.New business opportunities and applications by understanding and identifying market potential;
了解发现潜在客户并发展新的业务应用及机会
3.Understand Market trend and define new products segment;
了解行业发展趋势,确定新产品市场
4.Act as liaison between all related functions and PET customers to achieve effective communication between the clients’ needs and the services provided.
作为PET客户及各主要部门的联系纽带, 达成有效的客户沟通及服务
5.Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing ability, work procedures, and customer requirements, considering cost and time constraints.
从成本及时间的角度综合考虑库存,人员安排,工作流程及客户要求,合理安排生产
6.Optimize the procedures and process to improve the quality and efficiency of the production capability.
努力通过工艺和流程的优化不断提升产能和质量。
7.Review operations and confer with Process Engineer and Production Supervisor to resolve production problem and customer claims.
监督生产流程,并协同生产主管及工艺工程师处理生产及客户方面的相关问题
8.Controlling and reducing production cost while improving production efficiency through training programs and process improvement etc.
通过对员工进行培训以及工艺的改进等来达到控制和减少生产成本提高产品效率。
9.Develop and execute facilities to ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment.
发展及改进工厂设施以保证一个安全整洁有效的生产环境。
10.Other duties and reports as required.

Qualification Requirements / Degrees:
1.Above 10 years manufacturing experience in multinational companies with a minimum of 5 years at a management level, knowledge of business development, lean and value chain.
10年以上生产公司经验, 至少5年管理工作经验, 熟悉市场，精益生产和价值流的管理
2.Previous experience in similar PET industries preferred with efficient production line structures.
类似PET 行业管理工作经验为佳
3.General understanding of processes related to mechanic assembly, machining and mechanical design.
了解机加工,机械安装及机械设计
4.Experience and knowledge in AutoCAD and other similar ERP systems is a plus
熟悉CAD及相关ERP生产软件
5.Bachelor degree in Polymer Science and engineering field preferred.
高分子及化工专业背景为佳

1.Ability to work under pressure, sound decision-making capability, strong communicator with power of persuasion, high integrity and sense of responsibility.
