职位描述
Job description:
-Daily promote company's freight and service on key&superior routes,
-Promote sales and keep striving for oppotunity for new agents/business/clients on key routes,
-To do continuous targeting and to develop key agents in line with direction given by the company, as well as maintaining contact to existing ones
-Keep stable and solid relation with existing partners, timely follow up and increase cooperation with whom. Communicate with overseas counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key targets and trade lanes.
-Fulfill and exceed the sales quota/targets given by team managers or company mangement, ensuring achievement and maximum returns.
Requirements:
-Pleasant personality, responsible, be able to work independently with patience and initiative.
-Focus on details.
-Associate degree or above- bachelor degree.
-CET-6 license is preferred, or CET-4 level can be acceptable with related working experience, good command for written English.
-Related experience on Latin American trade lane, or with related agents resource is preferred,
-Previous engagement&Working experience in European/American logistics company or China HK/China Taiwanese logistics company will be preferred,
-Experience on shipping operation is preferable, good knowledge on logistics/forwarding procedure.
-A good team player, good communication skills.
-Take ownership of problems and solutions.
-Strong self-learning skills and willing to OT.
