岗位职责Job Duties：
1. 快速响应客户的维修服务订单请求及及时解决问题（质保期与非质保期）。
Respond quickly to customer service requirement order and solve the problems timely(warranty or non-warranty).
1） 对客户的维修服务订单请求快速响应和及时解决（非质保期）
Respond quickly to customer service requirement order and solve the problem timely not within the warranty.
2） 质保期内的客户维修服务
Provide maintenance service to the customer under the warranty.
2. 办事处日常工作
Office daily work
1） 客户文档整理：包括REIS设备，非REIS设备资料收集，生产工艺流程。
Customer documents collection: including Reis equipment, and one Reis equipment data collection, production process .
2） 日常工作记录：客户维修，学习
Daily work record: Customer maintenance service, study.

3. 客户关系维持
Maintain customer relationship
1） 对于客户的抱怨妥善处理，避免发生客户投诉，良好的工作态度。
Handle the customer complaints properly, try to avoid the customer complaint, good working attitude.
2） 通过自身的专业技术和人际沟通能力赢得客户的好评。
Through your professional technical and interpersonal skill to win customer praise.
3） 定期或者不定期对客户进行回访。
Visit the customer regularly or irregularly.
岗位要求Job Requirements：
1. 机电一体化专业毕业，2-3年的设备售后服务经验和客户现场问题的临场处理经验，丰富的专业知识和故障判断能力。
Major in mechanical and electrical, with more than 2 years working experience in equipment after-sales service experience and handle the on-site customer problems, rich professional knowledge and fault judge ability.
2. 有驾驶证，有驾驶经验。
With driving license, with driving experience.
3. 有机器人或PLC编程经验优先考虑。
With robot or PLC programming experience is preffered.
4. 有一定的英文基础。
Have basic knowledge of English.
