工作职责Responsibilities：
市场开发及维护；Market development and maintenance.
销售目标的制订及完成；Setting and complete sales target.
新产品的推广与介绍；New product promotion and introduction.
销售渠道的开拓与建立；Develop and build sales channels .
市场与竞争对手的调研；Research market and competitor.
销售合同签订及项目回款跟踪。Sign sales contract and project cash inflow follow up.


岗位要求Qualifications：
本科以上学历；物理、光学、激光等工科专业；
Bachelor's degree or above, major in physical, optical, laser or related engineering major.
5年以上销售经验，有工业行业激光加工系统销售经验，如有激光焊接系统销售经验优先考虑；
More than 5 years sales experience, with laser processing systems sales experience in industry, with laser welding system sales experience is preferred.
熟悉激光器及激光加工系统原理，了解激光加工工艺（激光焊接工艺）；
Familiar with the principle of laser and laser processing system, understand the laser processing technology (laser welding process);
具有良好的英语应用能力；
Have good command of English.
良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力，有团队合作精神和大局意识；
Good communication skills and language expression ability, teamwork spirit and the general situation consciousness;
做事严谨、认真、有毅力，责任心和动手能力强，同时又有市场开拓能力；
Rigorous, careful, persistent, responsible and strong hand-on ability, and good ability to open up the market.
