Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for overall proposal design of traction transformer, insulation material selection, etc.
负责牵引变压器整体方案设计，绝缘材料的选用等
2.Design and optimization for electromagnetic proposal of traction transformer, magnetic analysis, electromagnetic calculation and simulation.
牵引变压器电磁方案的设计优化，磁路分析及电磁计算和仿真。
3.Responsible for component detailed design and drawing, preparation of technical specifications and other design documents;
负责部件的详细设计及绘图，编写技术规格书等设计文档；
4.Structure design of traction transformer, transformer tank structure strength FEM analysis.
牵引变压器结构设计，变压器油箱的结构强度有限元分析。
5.Participation in all stages of design review and First Article Inspections
参加各个阶段的设计评审和首件检验
6.Preparation of test specification and participation in the type test and investigation test. Analyze results and write corresponding reports.
编制产品试验大纲并参加型式试验和研究性试验。对试验结果进行分析并出具相关报告。
7.Direct and solve technical problems in the production process.
指导并解决生产过程中的技术难题。
8.Provide technical response to customer, provide technical support to relevant department.
向客户提供技术响应，向相关部门提供技术支持。

Qualifications:
1.BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
电气工程相关专业学士或硕士学历
2.A minimum of 3 years transformer related design working experience
至少3年变压器行业相关设计工作经验
3.Familiar with transformer standards applicable in the railway industry, including IEC60310.
熟悉铁路行业变压器标准，包括IEC60310 等
4.Familiar with various types of insulation material properties and applications;
熟悉各类绝缘材料的特性和应用；
5.New product development capability, familiar with relevant technology software;
具备新产品开发能力，熟练掌握相关技术软件；
6.Good English skills required;
要求具备良好英语水平；
7.Microsoft office, Auto CAD;
办公软件以及CAD；
8.Knowledge of Pro/E, Catia would be an advantage.
能使用Pro/E或Catia等三维软件优先；
