职位描述

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Olefins Industry China Region Quota: Is responsible to achieve a specified Sales Quota as established at the beginning of the year.
-Account Plannning and Development: Works with the China Sales Lead, PSL in developing a 3-Year account growth strategy and associated yearly account sales plans.
-Sales Operations: Works under direction from the China Sales Lead in developing, maintaining and reporting on the Olefins sales pipeline.
-Customer Management: Implement and develop regional sales account plan to ensure that these programs are fully aligned with existing KBR programs and standards.
-Sales Operations, Proposals and Marketing Support: Responsible for sales forecasting, sales pipeline management and co-ordinating technology proposals for Olefins Industry clients. Responsible for competitor analysis and customer analytics required for yearly updates to strategic growth plans. Assists in the development of necessary marketing material as required.
-Alignment with other KBR regional sales: Where possible participates with KBR regional sales in developing and maintaining consistencies across sales both with respect to customer interaction and with respect to KBR internal systems, processes and tools. Maintains at all time behaviors from technology sales which aligns with overall KBR goals and objectives.
-Compliance: Maintains full compliance with KBR code of business conduct. Maintains a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations and corporate safety guidelines. Proactively directs continuous improvement efforts in the areas of risk reduction and the elimination of potential hazards.
-Measurement and Rewards: Responsible a quarterly technology sales quota and other key sales objectives as established by the China Sales Lead.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-Sales Expertise: Proven sales performer with experience selling technology,equipment or consulting services into the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry, carrying yearly sales quota and key sales objectives. Strong consultative technical selling and customer management skills.
-Domain Knowledge: 10 years experience in executing projects and/or selling for the Hydrocarbon Processing Industries. Demonstrate knowledge of the Hydrocarbon Industry.
-Offerings Knowledge: Experience selling technology or equipment to senior management levels at targeted accounts. In addition, experience with the fundamentals of project accounting and contract management.
-Education: BS Engineering or similar discipline. MBA degree is plus.
-Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills.
