职位描述

Purpose:

We are looking for a Global Souring Manager APAC who willing to be our 1st sourcing staff in China. You will take the full responsibility of sourcing activities in China for our global production units (USA, Germany and China)



Sourcing Items:

Mechanical & Electric components for RAPID DOOR SYSTEM



Working Location:

广州市番禺区



Duties and Responsibilities:

* Engage key stakeholders and facilitate the development of a global supply chain strategy

* Identify and select suppliers and establish supply chain agreements and contracts

* Supplier management (monitor and manage supplier performance with respect to cost, quality, , delivery matrix, value adding impact for the business, etc… )

* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase supplier performance and capabilities

* Delivery of budgeted productivity

* Main focus on indirect materials and services




Expected areas of Competence

* Continually strive to achieve the best total value for Our International across all areas of global supply chain. Proactively identifies key issues and delivers efficient responses to supply chain and productivity issues

* Define and execute business analysis for dealing with complex issues relating to both business process improvement and sourcing opportunities

* Understanding of complex commodities sourcing strategies

* Understanding of TCO analysis and spend categories classification

* Understanding of developing global supply chain solutions

* Understanding of Lean Management principles

* Strategic thinking, facilitation & influencing skills. Ability to lead, persuade and convince – cross cultural and cross functional

* Demonstrates highly developed negotiations skills

* Understands, endorses, and practices the formal strategic sourcing methodology




Experience and Knowledge

* More than 5 years of professional experience in a related global supply chain environment

* Excellent inter-personal & communication skills

* Understand financial principles, resource planning and allocation, and the fundamentals drivers of improvements across a variety of business areas

* Familiar with rules and strategies of successfully implemented LCC supply chains

* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company

* Familiar with SAP and excellent English skills. Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage. Willingness to travel is preconditioned
