1. 严格按照标准操作指导书作业，产生不良品及时通知质检员和主管，对现场产品质量,浪费以及效率提出合理化改善，并对现场生产有疑问时要及时向质检员或直属主管提出

Operate machine or tools to manufacture headliner through strictly following the SOP.

Responsible for giving improvements proposals of quality, cost, waste and efficiency issues, and highlights the problems during the production to quality inspector or direct leader.

2. 负责规定区域的5S作业，做好机台开班的点检工作，并配合质检员做好首件确认

Responsible for 5S of owned area, make machine checking according to checklist at the beginning of every shift. At the same time, assist the Quality Inspector to make first sample confirming

3. 及时反馈生产物料的异常状况，出现数量和质量问题及时通知仓管员和主管

Feedbacks the abnormal status of raw producing materials, in time notify the issues about the quantity or quality to warehouse keeper and direct leader.

4. 对生产现场的险情及时汇报给主管，包括火险，夹伤风险，高物坠落风险，电击伤风险等等

In time feedback the potential dangerous case to direct leader, including fire, nipping, injury falling or electric shock and so on.

5.协助完成上级交代的其他工作

Assist to finish other tasks from manager
