-Ensure the customer or process control plan are met through process audit or working station audit per shift.
通过每班实施过程审核或工位审核，以保证顾客要求得到满足，过程受控。
- Handle NCs in process to ensure the final quality in prior to release the shippment.
通过不合格品的控制，保证发货放行的最终产品质量。
- Report quality information to supplier quality administrive per batch in prior to shippment.
发货前汇报质量信息给供应商质量专员。
岗位要求：
-Backgroud of mechanical and relative etc.;graduate from official technical secondary school at least
机械及相关专业背景；中专以上学历
-Familiar with the inspection of machining parts,be able to read the relevant drawing;
熟悉机加工零件检验；能看懂图纸
-At least 1 year working experiences on quality position,Process audit experience is prefered;至少1年质量工作经验,有过程审核经验者优先；；
-Heat-treatment、mechanical testing and NDT expertise are preferred
有热处理、理化试验、无损探伤专业经验者优先；
-Knowledge in common computer system and software
熟悉常用计算机系统和办公软件;
-Knowledge of ISO9001 system
熟悉ISO9001质量体系
