职位描述:
工作职责：
1.销售目标的制定及执行：根据公司年度目标和市场情况，编写团队每年销售收入目标，带领团队开发客户。
2.品牌推广：制定产品推介策略和营销方案及相应的广告支持，营销项目，销售政策等等，提升品牌形象, 认知度和美誉度。
3.定价：参与产品销售价格的 制定，根据市场及竞品价格对销售价格提出合理化建议，定期根据市场情况制定价格政策。
市场信息的搜集：搜集竞争对手产品、价格及相关促销信息；发掘潜在客户、新市场等相关信息，为公司的市场销售政策提供依据。
4.项目管理：做好产品的市场调查，分析市场情况进行产品规划，负责与工厂的协调和联络。
5.团队管理：团队成员的招聘和培训，使销售人员具备独立开发市场的能力。
要求：
1.可在国内经常出差。
2.具有拓展国内卡客车胎销售业务经验8-10年，具有5年以上的国内销售团队管理经验。
3.具有成熟的客户开发和产品销售管理能力；较强的分析、解决问题的能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致；心态积极、有热情，有良好的耐性。
