? Direct daily cycle count and ensure variance adjustment done in a timely manner to keep effective inventory accuracy
? Direct the receiving, storing, inter-plant moving, and shipping of purchased parts based on respective procedures, and finished goods received correctly and timely keyed in SAP.
? Ensure to keep sectional records including scrap reports, cycle count report, shortage report, temperature & humidity report, and other reports as needed filed in order and make periodic reports to Supply Chain Manager concerning these reports and records.
? Direct/support to the disposal of scrap and in-plant waste.
? Lead safety inspection in warehouse (both raw material and finished goods) monthly and report immediately any unknown problems of flammability to Supply Chain Manager
? Provide effective feedback on the stock material level to make sure planning section and related people are updated with correct information.
? Lead and organize warehouse staff to implement physical inventory counting annually.
? Supervise and train warehouse staff to achieve business goals and individual’s excellent performance.
