Job responsibility:

New product development:
1. Develop new recipes basis project briefs, complying with quality / regulatory & costs requirements
2. Develop new alternative raw materials and specification.
3. Define manufacturing formula, block diagram and manufacturing conditions.
4. Conduct industrial trials and validate process parameters.
5. Validate shelf life of new product with specified packaging
6. Create material/codes/BOM in SAP.
7. Co-ordinates p-HACCP study & p-QMS creation
Process Management:
1. Assess process performance
2. Manage change process whenever the process control parameters are modified
3. Contribute to cost improvement initiatives (process and raw materials)
Recipe Management:
1. Ensure that recipes database is updated and recipes distributed as per guidelines.
2. Conduct process audits for compliance to the issued recipes.
3. Comply with national & International audits for recipes &BOM maintenance


Requirements:
1. Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Chemical /Food or Dairy Technology
2. Minimum 3 years in food facory in area of Production / R&D
3. Fluent English - written and verbal
4. Good
5. Team work and good communication; good know how of processes and technologies;
good know how of raw materials and their impact on the process, final product
6. Ability to work in cross functional teams; basic knowledge of standard costing
