工作职责：
1. 负责COO及总经理的日常行程安排及国内外出差行程；
2. 负责文件，信件，函电，邮件的接受与传达；
3. 负责对日常经营工作中文件的起草及翻译；
4. 安排并陪同参加公司内部和外部的会议，完成会议记录；
5. 翻译工作文件， 内部及外部会议内容；
6. 完成COO及总经理交待的其他事务。
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Responsible for CEO and G.M. daily schedule , make travel arrangements for regional and overseas trips.
2. Responsible for documents, letters, correspondence, mail of acceptance and convey
3.Responsible for the daily management work of drafting and translation of documents
4. Arrange internal and external meetings/conferences including offsite meetings.
5. Translate documents and interpret for internal as well as external meetings;
6. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
