岗位职责 Job responsibility
1.技术协助工作technical assistance：
（1）与美国总部工程技术部门紧密联系，协助和参与钢结构房屋及相关产品的设计、研发工作；Keep close connection with technical department in US. , support and participate design and R&D in steel structure building.
（2）协助制作设计图纸，编制和完善各类设计文件和图纸，最终可以独立制作设计图纸。Capable of making engineering drawings and design docs, can finish drawing independently.
（3）对所有成品的质量和工艺进行跟踪，收集反馈信息，如有需要在技术上进行适当修改；Track quality and production process of finished products, get feedback and make technical modification if necessary.
（4）根据设计和工艺对钢结构房屋估价。Evaluate steel structure building in line with design and production process.
2.相关方案的设计与编制project design and programming：
（1）审核各项设计方案，并提出设想及意见，完善方案；生产前对图纸审核，如果发现错误，跟美国总部联系修正。Check project design and give proposal to improve it; check drawing ahead of production and work with American engineer to revise error if any.
（2）整理归档各种设计文案、资料；Keep design docs and drawings in file.
（3）把英文图纸翻译和转换成中文图纸。Translate and convert drawing in English into Chinese.
3.技术支持technical support：
（1）协调、指导产品生产过程中的各种技术问题； Coordinate and instruct technical problems during production.
（2）提供营销方面的技术支持（包括售前支持、售后服务等流程）工作；与中国客户进行技术方面的沟通。Provide technical support for marketing (pre-sale support and after-sale service); communicate with Chinese customer from technical side.

职位要求 Qualifications
1.学历及专业知识要求：大学本科及以上学历，结构工程、力学类专业毕业。Bachelor degree or above majored in structural engineering or mechanics.
2.工作经验及能力要求：
（1）两年以上钢结构设计或钢结构专业公司优化设计等技术支持工作经验；Need 2+ years’ technical support experience in steel structure design or optimal design with professional background.
（2）参与过钢结构项目的设计或优化设计、计算分析工作； Participated in design (or optical design) and analysis of steel structure project.
（3）有一定的现场施工经验者优先。Site operation experience preferred.
3.业务了解范围：
（1）熟悉建筑结构设计规范和标准；Good knowledge in standard of construction structural design.
（2）熟悉计算机软件操作，能熟练使用CAD软件（AutoCAD or Microstation， Stadd.Pro）；Be proficient in MS office function and CAD.
（3）了解钢结构制作、安装工艺，有能力对钢结构现场施工进行技术支持。Good knowledge in production and installation of steel structure and capable to provide technical support for site operation.
4.其它要求：良好的英语能力。Good English skill.
