Responsibilities:

？ Liaise with potential clients and identify business opportunities;

？ Conduct in-depth commercial market research with a focus in Shandong Province;

？ Maintain internal database and important files;

？ Drafting and writing up of proposals, negotiating contract with clients;

Qualifications:

？ College graduate or above;

？ Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role;

？ Job experience on Real Estate for 2 years or above;

？ Fair spoken and written English;

？ Basic IT skills(MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet), outstanding skill on Power Point;

？ Basic Commercial RE market knowledge;

？ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
