Responsibilities：
1. Process Lean analysis and continual improvement
2. Prepare Standard Production process working instructions, Train Operators.
3. Work with Quality to analyze quality issues and process support.
4. Manage tooling and fixture modification and improvement.
5. Manage process Error Proofing Verification.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications：
1. Above undergraduate educated science and engineering subject.
2. At least three year related work experience on Lean, foreign company preferred.
3. Familiar with Machine Processing, capability of tooling design and familiar with CAD software.
4. Quick solve issue ability.
5. Team work. Ability to learn quickly.


工作职责：
1、 进行生产过程的精益分析和持续改进。
2、 制定标准生产作业指导书并对操作人员进行培训。
3、 和质量人员一起分析质量问题，提供过程支持。
4、 管理和改进生产工装。
5、 过程防错验证的管理。
6、 负责上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、 本科以上理工科教育经历。
2、 熟悉机械加工工艺，有工装设计能力，熟悉CAD、3D设计软件。
3、 三年以上精益生产工作经验，有外企工作经验优先。
4、 快速处理解决问题的能力。
5、 良好的团队精神，较强的学习能力。
