The Localization is in Shanghai,not Qingdao

RESULT AREA / PERMANENT RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Coordinate with the Sales Managers and the Customer Service people of the producing plants to ensure orders received from customers are correctly registered;
? Follow up with the production plants of B.I.G. on expected delivery of orders to our customers
? Confirm where applicable Letter of Credit clause, and prepare correct documents for bank negotiations
? Ensure all necessary documents are completed and correct
? Follow up with the various logistics departments on timing of delivery and arrival of shipped goods
? Feed back customer’s requests and complaints to the production plants and sales managers
? Prepare documents for customs clearance and inspection
? Assist the sales managers in various administrative jobs

Education and years of experience ：Bachelor degree，1 to 3 years experience in a similar function in an international environment is a plus.
