职位描述
岗位职责：
1 生产线日常成品，半成品质量检验，督导与管理。
2 汇报与填写产品质量状况报告和生产进度表。
3 定期自主与工厂相关人员召开产品质量检讨例会。
4 产品质量状况分析，及时发现产品存在的和潜在的质量问题。独立与工厂沟通协调产品质量改善，投诉和生产进度控制。
5 积极主动配合上司和公司同事交待的事情，及时汇报与工作有关的各项事项。
6 积极主动维护公司利益，督导和纠正工厂异常问题。
7 一定的现场管理能力。
岗位要求：
1 大专以上学历，具备一定的英语读写能力。
2 三年以上民用实木家具验货经验，对民用实木家具的质量要求和现场管理有深刻的认识和了解。了解木材特性，对实木家具的制作流程和工艺熟悉。
3 积极，主动，热情的工作态度，反应敏捷，自我管理能力强。
4 良好的人际交往能力，语言表达清晰明了，行之有效的沟通能力和技巧。
5 质量为导向，注重产品细节。
6 具备高度的工作责任心，高绩效的团队合作，勤快，踏实的工作作风。
7 该职位要求可以适应长期频繁的工作调动。服从工作安排。
8 电脑操作熟练，熟悉常用办公软件操作（word,excel..)
9 有英国家具QC验货经验者优先。
10 工作地点：青岛。家在北方的求职者优先
