Responsibilites:
- Responsible for the market developmentand sales promotion in South China.
- Achieve sales,profitability and market penentration goals according to annual budget plan.
- Establish a sound relationship with key accounts in order to align with PH long terms strategic plan.
- Negotiated with customers on pricing,warranty claim,delivery,terms of contracts,according to company guideline,and manage credit control.
- Monitor marketing progress,coordinate team activity and resources to achieve on schedule.
- Develop marketing intelligence:new project ideas,competition activities,market trends & performance,and provide feedback in time.
- Identify new product opportunities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in mechatronics or equivalent.
- 3+ years working experience in sales and marketing function in automotive industry with a proven good sales record.
- Project management experience is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal,coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi cultural groups to achieve stated goals.
- Competence in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Good background of DC/AC drive/motor theory and operation;knowleged of drive systerms product.
- Agree to travel frequently in China
