Report to: Global SQE Manager
Working Location: 深圳

Mission: We are expanding our sourcing organization in China. As Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play an important role in establishing and developing an efficient supplier base in China, which can meet all our requirements. You will report to the Strategic Quality Manager at the head office abroad.

Responsibilities:

？ Perform supplier audits (Q, E, and CSR).
？ Monitor supplier performance and drive supplier development activities.
？ Participate in Design for manufacturing reviews together with suppliers and design engineers from our R&D centers in Sweden or in Shanghai.
？ Drive supplier process qualification activities such as P-FMEA, Control Plans, and Gauge R&R and Capability studies.
？ Handle Corrective Action Requests towards suppliers and follow-up Root Cause Analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or higher within mechanical or electronic engineering.
？ At least 5 years of experience from working with European or US companies.
？ Experience from electronic/telecom industry, mechanical industry and/or EMS/box build.
？ Knowledge of quality management tools incl FMEA, Control plans, SPC, GR&R, Lean, 5S, ISO 9001
？ Knowledge of environmental management (ISO 14001) and corporate social responsibility (CSR)
？ Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
？ Team player; Self-motivated and taking initiatives
