岗位描述/职责

1. 负责确保物料准时到货；

2. 使用SAP系统

3. 按实际生产计划制作装箱单，跟踪物料的进程。

4. 根据生产计划，生成物料需求预报；

5. 根据主要生产进度生成年度物料需求预报供作预算用；

6. 与奥地利总部的物流部门保持密切联系；

7. 完成部门上级委派的各项工作。

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Responsible to ensure material delivery to the production line in the right time and quantity.

2. Use SAP as a Production Planning System to control the Material requirement planning.

3. Generate picking list from the actual Production plan. Trace Materials during the entire Production Process.

4. Generate forecasts for Material requirements according to the Production Plan

5. Generate annual Material requirement forecasts according to the Master Production schedule for Budgeting purpose.

6. Keep close contact to the Logistic department in the headquarter factory in Austria.

7. Finish various duties assigned by Superior.

工作要求/标准

1. 熟悉并掌握SAP系统或类似的PPS系统；

2. 三年以上相关工作经历；

3. 出色的物料零库存控制能力

4. 熟练运用Excel

5. 流利的英语口语和读写能力；

6. 良好的执行力和逻辑思维能力；

7. 良好的团队精神；

8. 工科学历尤佳；

9. 全球化生产物料经验尤佳

Job Requirement

1. Experience in SAP or similar PPS system

2. 3 years or more related work experience

3. Excellent for controlling JIT material and process

4. Good Excel/powerpoint skills

5. Fluent in English writing and speaking

6. Strongly executive ability and logical thinking

7. Team work

8. Technical education background is preferred, bachelor degree or more

9. Experience with global production logistics will plus

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
