岗位描述/职责

1. 负责中国区域恩格尔电子电器行业的市场开发与销售管理

2. 与各区销售团队合作，挖掘电子电器行业的潜在客户，使其信服恩格尔产品优势、跟进项目的进展并取得圆满的结果

3. 配合市场部，撰写市场分析、维护项目报表，用于电子电器市场开发

4. 在恩格尔中国与恩格尔奥地利各业务单元之间建立持续的专业技能沟通，开发必要的市场及销售活动，协调市场需求

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Be responsible for market development and sales management for ENGEL Teletronics in the China sales region

2. Working with regional sales teams, you will identify potential new clients in the teletronics fields, convince them of the benefits of ENGEL products and oversee projects to successful conclusions.

3. You will also collaborate with the central marketing division to compile market analysis and maintain project lists for systematic market development

4. You will establish a continual transfer of expertise between ENGEL China and the business units of ENGEL Austria, develop necessary marketing and sales activities with these entities and coordinate market requirements.

工作标准/目标

1. 具有扎实的专业技术背景（塑料工程、机械工程、机械电子、工业工程或相关领域），五年以上电子电器行业领域工作经验，良好的英语沟通能力

2. 在手机终端厂、代工厂、天线等电子行业里有丰富的客户资源和客户关系；

3. 具有海外销售技术产品经验者优先

4. 办公地点位于上海，但需出差

5. 忠诚、灵活、良好的沟通技能、勤奋、出色的谈判技巧

Job Requirement:

1. You have a sound technical background (in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a similar field) combined with above five years' vocational experience in teletronics field and an excellent command of English. You will also be receptive to Chinese culture.

2. Rich source of potential client and good relationship with potential client in teletronics industry such as mobile phone manufacturers, subcontracting factory and antenna manufacturers etc.

3. Ideally, you will have gained experience in selling technical products abroad.

4. As someone who enthusiastically welcomes the prospect of travel, you are prepared to take on this role from a base in Shanghai.

5. Attributes such as commitment, flexibility, good communication skills, diligence and a sound negotiating ability complete your profile.

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
