Work you need to do:

*参与新项目的开发，以确保项目的成功投产；与电路工程师配合完成产线设计；
Follow closely to the new projects to make sure the success of the new project; team work with electrical engineer to finish the project design;

*沟通客户，了解客户需求，进行产线制造方案；
Contact with customers, and understand the customer's requirement, and make production line proposal;

*设备组装和产线设计，负责生产线工程设计和工序的制定，产线、设备、节拍评估
Assemble equipment and design production line; make engineering design and process design for Lines; evaluate the line, equipment, cycle time, etc;

*指导技工和技术员完成夹具以及设备的装配、调试、试产及验证；
Guide the technician to finish the assembly, debugging, trial production and validation of the equipment and production line.

*文件的管理和制定：生产工艺文件和作业指导书等；设备的工装夹具，模具等标准化文件管理包含图纸管理、改善变更等；
Take care of document management and production for production process document, working instruction, and standard document for the jig, fixture and tooling including drawings as well as the improvement and change;

*生产现场改善，产线布局图管理，生产线工艺参数的完善和管理，改善工序；
Improve the production site, lay-out for lines, improve the production process data, and improve the process of production.

需要您具备的能力：
The experience that we are expecting:

*教育经历：本科学历以上，机电一体化专业；
Education Experience: Above bachelor degree in mechanical-electrical major;

*工作经验：至少5年机械行业制造工程方面、工艺、工装和维护等工程方面的工作经验；
Working Experience: at least 5 years experience in mechanical manufacturering area in engineering, process, tooling and maintenance;

*技能需求：
Skills required:
1）英语必需，熟练地听说读写能力；
2）组织能力强，学习能力强，可以在压力下工作；
3）可以使用AUTOCAD熟练做图。
1) English Essential, speaking, listening and writing;
2) Clear mind with good organization, quick learner and can work under pressure;
3) Can use AUTOCAD well for drawing.
