Position: Production Manager Mechanical Equipment
Report to: Plant Manager
Working Location: 昆山


Responsibilities:

?Overall management of the Production department including process of plastic forming, welding and assembly.
?Recruitment of personnel for the production
?Manage installations and maintenance of equipment.
?Responsible for production planning
?Work out cycle times of products for sales Dept. and production planner
?Development of the Dept. according to requirements and demands from the customers.
?Run statistics and analysis of the production efficiency, scrap rate etc.
?Establish annual cost improvement objectives and increase the efficiency of the dept.
?Ensure that production capacity and capabilities are optimized and in balance with the running order load.
?Ensure communication between the factory work force and senior management.
?Plan, approve and evaluate training. Recruit, managing and achieving efficient resources for the production dept.
?Perform performance reviews.
?Manage and plan layout of production lines and production flow.
?Transfer knowledge from Group other plants
?Frequent customer contact and occasional customer visits.


Requirements:

?University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
?Ability to build, develop and manage the manufacturing/ assembly
?Experience from manufacturing management in China
?Ability to read and understand product specifications and drawings
?Experience in lean manufacturing and six-sigma management (Important)
?Ability to develop himself and his subordinates
?Good Communications skills
?Analytical skills
?Honest and responsible
?Basic command of written and spoken English
?Experience from working in a foreign company environment
?Quality oriented
