Location: NanHui (provide Shuttle bus)

Responsibility & Routine:
1.Evaluate, audit, follow up, establish and develop reliable suppliers for quality, service and localization requirements
2.Conduct vendor audit and process audit to all potential and active suppliers and its process together with strategy purchasing department
3.Coordinate resolution of supplier quality and product quality problems
4.Identification of core suppliers and critical suppliers based on supplier evaluation / quality situation /
complexity of the supplied parts
5.Support at planning and accomplishment of corrective actions in case of escalating quality problems
6.Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the supplier
7.Assist or lead in the development of control plans, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling frequencies etc with supplier
8.Provide technical assistance and training in quality techniques and services to suppliers
Qualification:
1.University degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent.
2.At least 3 year work-experience in supplier quality management and process technologies (PCB production, injection molding, die-casting, stamping, turning)
3.Internal/External auditor for ISO9000 or TS16949
4.Proficient in quality tools such as APQP; FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, statistical methods and capability studies.
5.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an advantage
6.Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people in a team environment
7.Good English both in oral and written and good presentation skills, strong communication skills
