职位描述
Responsibility & Routine:
1.Implement recruiting process, from putting vacancy to various channels, initial CV screening.
2. Liaise with Labor agency to recruiting the workers.
3.Utilize and develop the most effective and cost efficient recruiting channels, including job posting on internet site, job fairs, local game community, etc. to generate qualified job applicants.
4. Prepare report of hiring status and recruiting cost tracking, as well as the feedback of quality level of headcount.
5. Make employee card, check and maintain the attendance record of employees.
6. Maintain the HR system and update employees’ information.
7. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in HR management related field required
2. Above 1 years of selection interviewing and recruiting experience, proven internet sourcing experience in foreign invested company is preferable
3. Ability to communicate with applicants, colleagues, and business contacts in a civilized and professional manner
4. Ability to maintain highly confidential information of HR as well as company at all times
5. Positive attitude with willingness to accept responsibility and work under pressure
6. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
