Responsibility & Routine:
1.Organizing inspectors to implement in-process control procedure, carry out quality inspection of semi-product, immediately inform Production Dept. of correcting and reporting to quality manager if find something wrong
2. Check if technology parameters of equipment comply with technology requirement, check if operations of every working position comply with stipulation, ask operators to correct in time
3. Applying statistic technology to product process and organizing relevant departments to discuss correct actions
4. Preparing in-process inspection instruction, product checklist, outgoing inspection planning and so on, send them to be audited by quality manager and implement
5. In case of production technology is changed, modify related document in time and then give to quality manager for check and approval and implement
6. Inspecting outgoing products by spot-check, making outgoing inspection report and quality assurance report according customer demands
7. All in-process inspection records and keep them, prepare annual product quality report
8. Responsible for calibration of measurement equipments for the plant.
9. Organizing the training of in-process inspectors and evaluating their working performance

Requirements:
1. College degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent, with at least 2 year’s relevant experience
2. Understand mechanical manufacturing process and equipment, familiar with product structure and process flow of production line
3. Master performance index of product and corresponding testing method, familiar with corresponding national and international standard
4. Familiar with requirement of process control in ISO9000 series standard;
5. Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills
6. Fluent in English communication (both written & oral), good command of computer skills
