Key Responsibilities

· Acquire full understanding of Marine market environment (ship-owners,

shipyards, design institutes, intermediaries, Classification

Societies, standards) as well as the related opportunities and

customer pain points.

· Acquire full understanding of Schneider Marine Offerings

· Develop Local Strategy, Business target and action plans with Direct

and Indirect Sales teams to create business opportunities

· Follow-up and support achievement of business objectives and action

plan

· Provide basic technical and commercial support to country sales teams

for pre-sales and sales activities

· Coordinate Country Sales teams with other internal departments to

capture available opportunities and answer to customer paint points.

· Support Business Units in understanding Marine Business Environment,

Customer needs and launching new offers.

Geographical Scope:

· China, Korea, Singapore

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree with major in Electrical Engineering, Marine

Engineering or Automation

· Minimum 7 years experience in Merchant Marine or Offshore

environment, with 5 years involvement in business development, sales

or product management.

· Solid proven technical background in low and medium voltage

electrical distribution and automation systems for Marine, with full

understanding of Marine standards and classification society

requirements.
