Graphics and Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Produce high-quality pitch material, internal and external presentations .
Support for all departments as needed for the production of graphic materials and content
? Design and formatting of all presentations with a focus on creating consistency and sophistication in all presentation and proposal materials .
? Import and revise graphics files as needed.
? Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitch books, graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects.
? Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects.
? Communicate with CCO on job or deadline issues.
? Organize and archive presentation files and assets and track time and project information effectively.
? Communicate with external partners and vendors to ensure content and branding consistency
? Assist CCO in managing day-to-day activities including email correspondence as related to the graphic needs of the Creative Needs of the group
? Bringing strong web and print design solutions for company advertising/marketing collateral. This will include web ads/banners, presentations, newsletters, media/sales kits, and much more.
Edit, create and update online content to YouTube, Youku and the like as required.
Develop and format creative content as directed by the CCO.

SKILLSET

? Expert skills in PowerPoint and Keynote.
? Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
? Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
? Ability to work to prepare files to work on both PC and Mac platforms.
Ability to update basic web site information and upload content as needed.
Knowledge of basic editing and film software such as iMovies
Ability to work within basic web formats, HTML and cross over content from off line to online
? Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
? Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
? Ability to be develop strategic and creative solutions

EDUCATION
? Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a presentation, creative, production environment.
? English speaking
