职位描述
Key Tasks,
？ Be responsible for IT Infrastructure and providing IT
support to employees.
？ Assists IT Manager to keep the smooth running of all IT
equipment in the company.
？ Be responsible for maintaining network and server
？ Troubleshooting PC hardware, printer, operation system and
often﹗sed software.
？ Perform routine management of local network in the company
such as maintenance, management and debugging.
？ To support network and problem solution/troubleshooting of
desktop application.
？ Be responsible for data backup
？ Setup, maintain and update virus protection system to insure
security of information system
？ Provide other IT support and IT knowledge training to employees
？ Provide ERP function training to users, assist to fix ERP problem
and be familiar with at least one kind of reporting took, such as
crystal
？ Maintain Video conference system
？ Maintain the telephone work
？ Finish all related work assigned by IT Manager
Education
？ Sound technical background of database
structure, design and specification
development
Competencies
？ Good knowledge of PC hardware and common
application software and ability to look after
systems in a LAN/WAN environment.
？ Strong ability for self﹍earning and
independent working, team spirit and
capability of working under pressure.
？ Good knowledge of English, both spoken and
written
？ Good communication and interpersonal skills
？ Preferably have some experience in IT project
management
工作职责：
1、确保华东、华北及东北营运中心IT系统的良好运行；
2、负责公司所有电脑硬件维护，包括服务器、笔记本和台式机；
3 、负责所有网络及通讯设备（LAN，WAN，PABX），确保这些正常工作；
4 、确保E-Mail和打印系统正常使用；
5、确保Citrix正常连接，Scala连接和打印正常；
6 、确保网络免受病毒侵入；
7 、提供一种安全的数据存取环境，使用户和数据中心安全交换数据；
8 、贯彻执行总部信息科技部门下达的信息科技计划；
9 、完成上级布置的其他工作. 及时提供IT支持，提供管理建议和改进方法；
10、日常事项及时准确的完成，日事日毕；
任职资格
1、中专以上计算机相关专业毕业
2、具ERP, Ms .Net, ASP.Net, Ms SQL, Crystal Report, Ms Office, VBA和LOTUS应用程序的开发能力
3、两年以上相关工作经验
