职位描述
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，熟悉海运 / 铁路 / 海铁联运的所有操作流程，从事操作工作一票到底两年以上；
2、负责从客户下托单到货物到港全过程的跟踪，按标准流程操作，并解决各种疑难问题，使货物及时、安全、顺利地运输；
3、沟通及时，细心，认真，做好本职工作，服务意识强；能吃苦耐劳。
专业要求：
1、熟悉国际货运代理行业专业理论知识
2、流利的英文书写能力。

1、工作细致、严谨；
2、具有较强的计划与执行能力；
3、具有较强的工作热情和责任感。
