确保及时交付公司在襄阳地区客户合格产品和及时正确反馈客户的需求信息。
利用现有资源，确保分支机构平稳运营。

This position is responsible for ASA just in time delivery qualified product and correct feed back requirement of customer.

Make useful of present resource to guarantee JIT centre business perform stable.

Job responsibilities岗位职责

管理JIT，为能给客户提供一流的产品、质量和服务，其职能包括但不限于：

Manage JIT to provide First-class quality, delivery and service to customers. Including but not limited to：

1. 负责客户交付计划的管理，对于交付中出现的任何交付数量、交付日期和包装等异常情况与客户和工厂进行及时有效的沟通；

To be in charge of managing the customer delivery plan, to communicate with the customers and factories in time about any issues of the delivery quantity, delivery date and packing, etc.

2. 监控客户的预测，确保材料、设备、人员符合既定目标

Monitor customer’s forecasts to insure requirements in materials, equipment, and personnel are met.

3· 掌控和协调JIT达到人员和物料最佳利用状态。

Control and coordinate JIT to reach the optimal utilization of personnel and material.

4. 负责领导团队制定生产计划、质量改进,降低成本,提高生产效率和改进工艺,改进设备和提高自动化率，使公司盈利能力的增长得到持续发展。

Leadership responsibility for strategic and tactical manufacturing planning, quality improvement, cost reductions, productivity and process improvements, equipment and automation development and growth and profitability.

5. 监控团队的工作效率，定期准确的汇报JIT运营的关键指标

Monitor efficiencies of team reporting to this position, establish, monitor and report key indicators.

6. 负责协调JIT操作、与员工沟通工作目标、测量目标数据和采取必要的行动以确保满足各个目标的要求。

Coordinate the JIT operations, communicate objectives, identify measurements and take necessary action to assure performance goals are met

7. 监控产品质量和采取必要的整改行动以保证产品的质量满足标准要求,负责处理客户投诉,尽最大的努力使客户满意。

Monitor quality and take necessary action to assure appropriate level of quality according to standard, and handle customer complaints, to satisfy the customers as possible as we can.

8. 定期审查工作环境的安全，保证所有的工作场所的安全符合标准。坚持安全系统的维护和安全标准。配合公司安全管理人员完善JIT消防设备、消防通道、货架安全、等安全管理工作。

Review safety and environment regularly to assure compliance to standards and general safety of work place. Adheres to safety systems or maintenance of safety standards. To work with EHS staff on JIT security management, including warehouse fire-fighting equipment & passageway, rank etc.

9. 负责原材料到货计划的监控，确保内部工厂和客户不能产生停线；

To monitor the raw material arrival plan, to avoid the production line stop between the factories’ and the customs’.

10. 负责下层组件的库存和到货监控，对物料补货中出现的紧急事例进行跟踪解决，确保客户交付；

To supervise the stock and the arrival subassembly, tracking and solving the urgent issue caused by the material replenishment, to be sure the goods delivered to the clients.

11. 负责优化发运计划、优化发运方式，通过合理的发运计划降低物流成本；

To optimize the delivery plan and shipping, reduce the logistic cost by the reasonable transportation arrangement.

12. 负责KPI项目的持续改进，确保部门KPI的达成；审查所有JIT员工的职能和确保他们的工作能符合目标和标准。

To aim at the continuous improvement of the KPI Project in the JIT, make sure to reach the target of KPI. Oversee all Functional staff of JIT and insure that they are meeting goals and objectives.

13. 负责SAP R3系统正常运作，确保客户需求、系统信息准确无误；

To be sure SAP R3 daily running in JIT meet the customers’ requirements, maintenance accurate data in R3

14. 负责提供公司财务审计中需要的相关资料；

To provide the related accounting audit files.

15. 负责提供工厂内部审核和外部审核中需要的物流部相关资料；

To supply the logistic information for the internal and external audit.

16. 负责JIT货架、通道、车间以及看板的5S管理。

To be responsible for 5S，including storage-rack, passageway, plant and Kanban.

17．设立设施设备的管理包括生产流程设计、设备的合理安装和放置。

Building facility management including production workflow design, equipment installation, and parking.

18· 负责帮助总部与客户关于样件和量产件的对账，对“补货”数量跟踪滚动核对，对数量异常的产品与客户和仓库发运人员及时核对解决；

To be responsible support HQ for reconciliation with the customers for prototype and mass production, tracking and checking for the unbilled quantity, to confirm with the customers and the warehouse staff and solve any issues for the unbilled quantity in time.

Job Requirements岗位任职资格

1. 本科学历

Bachelor's degree

2· 最少5年生产环境工作经验、具备丰富的操作、项目管理、供应链、质量、环境健康安全等方面的知识

Minimum 5 years working in a production environment with wide knowledge base of operations, Project Management, supply chain, quality, EHS, etc.

3. 候选人须具备牢固的技术和3年汽车工业企业背景（尼桑项目管理经验）为优先选择。

Candidate with strong technical and 3 years working in auto industry (Nissan project management experience) background is preferred,

4· 良好的组织和时间管理技能。良好的领导员工的能力。必须是团队中具备良好的培训技能和挑战困难能力及驾驭团队实现高绩效的领导人

Good organizational and time management skills. Good leading people skills. Must be a team player with good coaching skills and have the capability to challenge and drive the teams to achieve higher performances.

5· 具备如同推销人员演讲般的良好口头沟通技能，能具备使总部和地方官员信服的书面沟通技能。

Good communication and presentation skills as well as sales ability on a well documented structural basis that is convincing to HQ and local authorities

6· 丰富的客户方面的质量和操作系统知识。（必备如ANPQP,APQP. C-Parter 等等）

Wide knowledge in customer quality and operations system ( base of ANPQP, APQP, C-Parter etc.)

7· 沟通客户的经验和能力

Customer contact experience and capabilities.

8· 具备处理突发事件的能力，能够承受压力并且冷静应对，特别是应对一些全球团队的工作。

Balanced temperament, able to work under pressure and prioritize, especially when work in a global team

9· 有时常短期出差的准备。

Prepared to travel for short periods on occasion

10· 有很强的解决纷争的技能。

Strong Troubleshooting Skills.

11· 极好的口头和书面沟通能力。候选人有良好的日语能力背景优先选择。

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Candidate with good Japanese background is preferred

12· 具备优秀的SAP系统和MS 办公软件操作经验。

Experience from SAP systems and MS Office
