西餐厅店长 Restaurant Manager
1. Be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including front service, human resource, customer satisfaction, sales increase, cost and expenses control, etc.
2. Improving procedures and regulations, managing and controlling various cost and expenses, to ensure the profitability of the restaurant.
3. Planning and executing promotion plans, coordinating relationship with relevant entities, to increase the sales of the restaurant
4. Improving the service quality, handling customers’ feedback, reacting quickly and properly to onsite happenings, to ensure customers’ satisfaction
5. Recruiting staff according to long and short term target and actual situation, making staff training and development, to maintain the core team of the restaurant.
6. Coordinating with external entities and government organizations

工作职责:
1. 负责维持整个餐厅的正常营运,包括服务质量、人员管理、顾客满意度、营业额增长、成本和费用控制等;
2. 不断完善餐厅的工作流程和各种规章制度,管理和控制餐厅的各项成本和费用;
3. 策划并实施餐厅营销计划和促销活动,协调公共关系,提高餐厅营业额;
4. 采取行之有效的方法,提高员工的服务素质和技巧,采取恰当的措施处理顾客投诉和服务过程中的突发事件,确保顾客满意度;
5. 根据经营目标和实际状况,制定人员招募计划并有效执行,做好员工的日常培训和管理,推进员工发展,培养和维护餐厅的核心团队;
6. 协调好与相关政府部门的关系,做好餐厅的年检工作,处理各种来自外部的突发事件。


Requirement
? Being honest, optimistic, open-minded, motivated, warm with positive energy;
? Being service oriented, having good communication skill, can handle customers’ requests and ready for challenges
? Having high sense of responsibilities, execution capacity, and problem solving capability
? Being a team player and a role model
? Having good command of English, can communicate with foreigners both in writing and speaking
? Having at least two years of working experience as store manager in western restaurant or coffee shop.

? 具有良好的团队合作精神,协调能力、组织计划能力以及发现问题解决问题的能力;
? 具有相当的英文水平,听说读写均有与外国客人沟通的能力;
? 具有两年以上西餐厅或者咖啡厅的门店管理经验;
