职位描述
Title: Supply Chain Manager
Reports to: MD
Job Objective:
· Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
· Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
· Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
· Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
Responsibilities:
· Forecast demand or create supply plans to ensure availability of materials or products.
· Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.
· Cooperate with Customs for materials import and export process.
· Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
· Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
· Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
· Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
· Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
· Optimize selling process for wastes and being truly objective
Job Specifications/Requirements:
· At least 10 years experience in logistics management of foreign manufacturing company.
· Have strong background for import & export, purchasing and warehouse.
· Good cooperation, coordination, communication and management ability.
· Proficient in ERP system especially in SAP.
· Excellent English Skills both in spoken & written
