岗位职责 ;
1、带领外贸部积极开拓国际市场，联系国外客户。需求订单，并领导商务谈判及签订合同；

2、负责外贸定单的洽谈，签约，单证审核，定单管理，运输、报关、收汇等；

3、密切联系各种类型的客户，了解市场供求情况。客户意向和需求，充分利用公司现有资源优势去开拓市场和客源。

4、负责对外贸易定单的评估、跟踪、管理和风险控制以及外贸业务流程的管理和风险控制；

5、负责所接定单的生产和 货源，货物检验，商检报关等过程的跟踪，及时处理各环节出现的问题；

6、负责客户资料的整理，做好客户要求的及时反馈和 处理以及与客户合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理。

7、负责下属业务员的培养和指导。

8、认真完成领导交办的其它工作任务。


任职条件：
　　(1) 从事相关专业5年以上工作经验；

　　(2) 国际商务、法律或相关专业大学本科及以上学历；

　　(3) 熟练掌握一门外语(具备直接、独立谈判能力)；

　　(4) 熟悉木制品及纺织品贸易者优先。
