Job Title:HR Specialist

Location : Huangdao, Qingdao

Reports to:HR & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the implementation of HR and Administrative policies and procedures

· Assist in the daily HR operations and activities of the home and project site offices

· Manage employee social security insurances and other benefits

· Compile and maintain up to date personnel records of all China staff

· Assist the recruitment process such as collecting and screening resumes and scheduling interviews

· Coordinate training activities and maintain training register

· Prepare HR forms, answer routine queries and maintain HR files

· Liaison with FESCO, CIIC and SFSC with regard to employee and benefits issues

· Maintain database on PeopleSoft

· Maintain China staff insurance

· Establish and maintain external relationships with relevant government agencies for updated information on regulations

· Other duties as assigned from time to time

Basic Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Minimum 5 years experience in HR management; recruitment related experience is a plus

· Experience in an international company

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good English language skills

· Computer skills including spreadsheet, PowerPoint and Word processing

· High level of integrity and confidentiality

· Proactive, open minded, initiative, high people sensitivity

· Well-organized, able to maintain high level of accuracy and attentive to details

· Self-motivated, service-oriented and good team player
