Position:Site team Administration/ DCC -Location Huangdao, Qingdao

Location: Huangdao, Qingdao

Report to : Site Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow up dimensional control activities and make sure that subcontractor (Sub`s) perform dimensional control according to requirements and instructions given in the contract and dimensional control programs. Perform necessary verifications / spot checks during fabrication and assembling stage.

MAIN TASKS

• Participate in regularly Quality Audit.
• Review of Sub`S fabrication drawings and other documents regarding dimensional requirements.
• Verification at early stage regarding compensation for welding shrinkage, dimensional

details and Sub`s own reporting/documentation

• Make sure all necessary "over marking" at interface zones have been done by SUBs. (Spot-check)
• Spot check of misalignment and “buckling” of plates during construction
• Checking out supporting condition during assembling of section
• Preparing of as built documentation - sketches to Sub`s
• Performing spot checks during assembling of sections
• Verify Sub`s as built documentation, ref. lines and protection of ref. lines
• File and distribute as built documentation.
• Make sure that Sub`s have clarified any deviation out of tolerance in formal way of handling
• To be a part of the weekly meeting and give a dimensional status according to check list for quality surveillance.

• Prepare and regularly update an experience report for the discipline

Interfaces and co-ordination

• Interface with all other project functions.
• Be a connecting link between Site and Home office regarding interface and as built documentation.

SKILLS.

Good knowledge and understanding of drawings, contract specifications and understanding of project interfaces.

· Be able to work independent and in team.

· Good attitude and service minded.
