职位描述
Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality standards are correctly introduced, updated and implemented.
Train the operator to well understand and implement the standard with the aid of master samples.
Establish and maintain quality inspection plan for finish products.
Conduct on site check to ensure the quality standard is implemented and quality inspection activity is effective.
Monitor the product quality closely and dedicate to achieve quality target.
Report product quality and main reasons for defects per week and month.
Assist to take the lead to analyze and respond customer complaint,
Assist to organize the team to take corrective and preventive actions.
Assist to summarize and report quality in customers periodically.
Coach and upgrade the skill of quality inspectors
Management and Evaluate and improve the performance of inspector.
Inspection for test and make test report.
Requirement:
Bachelor or above
Engineering/Science is preferred
SPC and 6 sigma knowledge and quality tools and is preferred
Above three years working experience in quality in manufacturing industry
Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
Good computer skill in Microsoft and excel
