Duties and responsibilities岗位职责
1． 负责跟美国的设计工程师要新项目农场的takeoff，完善新物料清单（BOM）技术要求及配套的图纸。Get “ takeoff” from engineer in US. for new farm at jobsite, improve technical data and drawings in BOM.
2． 审核takeoff 和图纸，对发现的问题向美国设计工程师提问并追踪问题解决，落实图纸设计标准化。Check “takeoff” and drawing, communicate and find solutions with engineer in US. for any problems. Standardize drawing design.
3． 将通过审核的图纸打印并转交质检部审核加盖受控章，登记存档。Send qualified drawings to QC for “controlled” stamp and keep it in file.
4． 发放图纸：将受控图纸交车间生产，并协助质检对首件进行检验。Send qualified and controlled drawings to production department and assist QC for quality inspection.
5． 对外协厂的生产加工包装进行工艺指导和监督。Conduct process instruction and supervision for process and package of outsourcing products.
6． 对现有的生产工艺，包装工艺，装车工艺进行评估并提出改进建议，整理产能分析报告。Appraise and improve process for production, package, loading and generate analysis report on production capacity.
7． 接收来自生产现场的安装问题，进行分析，与美国工程师确认改进建议，审核变更图纸，并追踪变更件到现场的使用情况。Analysis installation problems from jobsite, communicate with engineer in the states for solutions, check revised drawings and tracking if revised parts are properly used at jobsite.
8. 向采购部门提供技术咨询及支持。Provide technical support to purchasing department.
9. 负责制定工艺操作标准并监督实施。Take the lead to make process operation standard and supervise the implementation.
10. 负责收集工时数据，以不断完善生产过程的工时定额。Collect labor-hour data to improve norm of working hour in production process.
11. 负责制定材料消耗定额，并协助监督、考核。Take the lead to make material consumption quota and supervise accordingly.



Qualifications岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电气、机械制造等相关专业。Bachelor degree or above majored in machinery or electrical engineering.
2.同岗位3-5年工作经验，有钢结构行业经验者优先。3-5 year’s experiences, steel structure manufacturing experience preferred.
3.熟知生产工艺流程。Have excellent knowledge in production process.
4.能熟练运用CAD和office办公软件。Be proficient in CAD and MS office.
5.良好的创新能力，能对工艺进行持续改进。 Have ability for innovation and continuous improvement of production process.
6.良好的沟通能力，能与生产及技术人员进行有效沟通。Good interpersonal skills to communicate with technician and production employees.
7.英语良好，能够用英语与国外工程师进行沟通。Proficient in English to communicate with engineer in US.
