Duties and responsibilities岗位职责任职资格
1.车间现场管理，包括人员，物料，工艺，设备，生产环境的具体管理。Take the lead for field management including work force, materials, process, equipment and production environment.
2.生产任务分配，生产进程监督，生产问题解决。 Take the lead for task distribution, schedule supervision and to solve problems.
3.辅助生产计划员完成生产计划，解决和通报出现的问题。Assist production scheduler to fulfil production plan and find solutions for problems.
4.定期的工作汇报和总结，能独立完成生产车间的管理工作。Report and summarize work periodically and finish production management work in time with independency.

Qualifications岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，3年以上同岗位工作经验。Junior college graduated or above, 3 years’ experience.
2.有钢结构行业工作经验优先，懂电焊，能够长期上夜班 (下午4：30-晚上12：30)。Experienced in steel structure manufacture is preferred, know welding well and can work in night-shift for long term.
3.良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够承担工作压力。Good interpersonal skills and team spirit and can work under pressure.
4.机械制造类专业优先，熟悉和了解5S。 Majored in machinery is preferred, good knowledge in 5S.
