Duties and responsibilities 岗位职责

- Input takeoff and generate SO/Travelers in the system.
在系统里输入takeoff并生成销售订单和工单。

-Open and close work orders (Travelers). Email completed Travelers list to headquarter if applicable.
打开和关闭工作订单（工单）。将完成的工单列表发邮件给美国总部。
-Print work orders (Travelers). Print part labels.
打印工作订单（工单）和部件标签。
-Combine Travelers and labels with part drawings in packet.
在数据包内将工单和标签与部件图结合起来。
-Oversee the operators to ensure the Travelers are scanned. Collect completed Travelers.
监督操作工以确保工单扫描。收集完成的工单。
- Statistics of MRO parts.
MRO（保养、维修、操作）部件数据统计。
-Any other duties as directed by Plant Manager.
工厂经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:职位要求

-Good oral/written communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Chinese
良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力。
-Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
良好的组织、沟通和电脑技能。
-understanding of and experience in ERP data process. Experience in Steel Structure company is a plus.
良好的ERP数据处理经验。有钢结构公司工作经验优先考虑。
-Good knowledge on Microsoft Windows and Office programs
熟练掌握微软office软件
-A strong attention to detail is imperative.
